Thomas Petazzoni is an embedded Linux engineer and trainer at Free Electrons since 2008.

He has been involved with multiple projects around the Linux kernel, especially the mainlining of Marvell Armada 370/XP SoCs support. He is also a major contributor to the Buildroot embedded Linux build system with more than 1300 patches merged.

userYann E. Morin

has had strong personal interest in Linux and embedded Linux systems, and FLOSS in general since around 1995. He’s been professionally working since 1998 on embedded and real-time projects, and works with embedded Linux Systems since 2005.

In his spare time, Yann is the maintainer of crosstool-NG, a cross-toolchain generator, and kconfig-frontends, a packaging of the kconfig parser and frontends. He also contributes to Buildroot, and sends patches to whatever FLOSS project he happens to use.

Julia is an INRIA Senior Research Scientist (Directrice de Recherche) in the Regal group at INRIA/LIP6. She also participates in the IRILL. Her current research focuses on the design and implementation of domain-specific languages, mostly targetting problems in operating systems. She has also worked on partial evaluation, optimal reduction of the lambda calculus and continuations.

She is one of the main developers of Coccinelle a program matching and transformation engine which provides the language SmPL (Semantic Patch Language) for specifying desired matches and transformations in C code.

Maks is a postdoctoral researcher, a theoretical physicist at the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies, Germany, specializing in simulations of collisions of heavy nuclei specifically on the first phases out of equilibrium with respect to chromo-Weibel instability.

He is a member of the Debian Linux team since its creation and develops klibc.
